Admission Procedure

 

1.) At first, please contact us through this Contact Form or by phone (+91 9477013562) mentioning your qualification and other queries to determine whether you are eligible for your desired course or not.

2.) If you are eligible, then please submit this Pre-Admission Registration Form filled properly.

3.) As soon as you submit the registration form, our admission executive will contact you within 2-5 business days and will instruct you clearly about further procedures and formalities. If you have got every documents ready in your hand as per requirement, then the total process will not take more than 10-20 business days. However, it can be varied on a case by case basis.

4.) You have to submit the following documents to get admitted in a course successfully-

a.) Scanned copy of your passport sized colour photograph taken recently (not more than 6 months old).

b.) Scanned copy of a government issued photo-ID card.

c.) Scanned copy of your education qualifications/certificates/transcripts as per requirement.

d.) Scanned copy of documents that certify your medical/paramedical experiences (needed for some particular courses, mainly Doctoral).

e.) Scanned copy of the fees payment document (for Bank Draft, Cheque, Bank Wire Transfer) or Transaction ID (for Online credit cardt/debit card/ Paypal).

f.) There's may be any further document needed, in that case, we will let you know.

Payment Options:

You can pay your course fees by several ways-

1.) Bank Demand Draft: The draft should be made in favour of the full name of our institute - "International Centre for Holistic Healing and Allied Research" and payable at "Bongaon".

2.) Banker's Cheque: The cheque should be made in favour of the full name of our institute - "International Centre for Holistic Healing and Allied Research" and payable at "Bongaon".

3.) Bank Wire Transfer: Please contact us to get the Wire Transfer details.

4.) Online Payment Option (by Credit/Debit Card or Paypal): This is the most convenient and time saving way, specifically for the students from abroad. Please contact us to get the proper instruction.

Once paid, the fee is not refundable in any situation. However, there is an exception. If you want to withdraw your studentship permanently within 7 days of admission, we will refund your fee with a deduction of 20% processing charge. Please allow us 7-15 business days process your refund.

Study Materials:

Lessons for the particular therapy of every training course as well as on basic medical and health care subjects are usually delivered through postal mail or by email / downloadable contents / e-books.

The language of teaching is English.

Examination:

Students are granted a certain period of time to study the instruction materials. After that time period, question papers are sent by postal mail / email to the students. The whole set of question papers must be solved within a given time period and the answer papers directed to the Institute by postal mail / email for evaluation purpose.

On successful completion of a course, students are awarded by A Diploma / Graduation / Post-graduation certificate along with transcript / marksheet.
